Click Power Options. Find the current plans (in my PC is Balanced) Click Change plan settings. Click Change advanced power settings in the new Window. In the new Window, click Change settings that are current unavailable. Then find USB settings -> USB selective suspend settings. Disable it. Here are some of the things I've tried: Updating my USB drivers. Updating my bios. Trying different ports. Uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers. Disabling the "allow computer to turn off this device to save power" for all of my devices. Going to edit power plan and disabling the "USB selective suspend setting". 1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows Settings App. 2. Click on Update & Security, and from the left pane, click on Troubleshoot. Now, click on “Additional troubleshooters”. 3. Now in the find and fix problems section, you”ll find “Network Adapter”, click on it. And, click on “Run the troubleshooter”. 4. If it's mouse, try a different mouse. If it's a device or devices connected by a cable (especially micro USB), replace the cable (s). Eliminate things that are easy to fix first. For multiple devices maybe try removing all but one to find out which device has the problem. I would also check the power supply. 1. In Device Manger in the properties of your USB Root Hubs, under Power Management, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". 2. Keep the camera connected to a physical powered USB hub. 3. Apply any chipset inf/USB driver updates, if they exist. In Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter. Now expand Universal Serial Bus controller. Right click on USB composite device and select Properties. Select the Power Management tab. All four of the USB-C ports on my MacBook Pro 2016 are loose. No cables 'click' into place, like they do on other devices (including the actual power brick, which never comes undone).
